Prologue: " A Land Divided"
The land is torn by war, once a great nation is now divided into factions fighting for land, power, belief and some for the pure joy of battle.
These factions split into two main territories. The East and the West. Before the wars started they decided to stay out of each others affairs instead they fight among them selfs. In the east The Northern factions joined together to form a kingdom. Lead by King Vincent van Harken, who strives to end the conflict, as for the south, they banded together to form The Legion. Lead by the brutal General Largo. Who intends on crushing the Northern kingdom and then conquer the west.
To the west, they had been mostly mages and and farmers. As their numbers grew some of the white mages wanted to do more than just healing and curing spells. These mages started practicing darker more destructive magic, they soon broke off from the white mages and traded their white robes for black ones. that group as known as "The shadows of the North" The head warlock Necris leaded countless skirmishes against the white mages to wipe them out. To counter the Shadows, the white mages started training paladins to fight for them. Soon there were more paladins than mages, the southern region was known as the "The Divine Light".
Battles rage on in the east and west to no end in sight. The once mighty Elenian Empire is no more. The factions wars are but the beginning.
